Shiva is a passionate consumer advocate. Shiva’s practice focuses on credit reporting and debt collection issues. He’s recovered thousands of dollars for consumers who’ve been wronged by credit bureaus, lenders and debt collectors.
Shiva’s specialty is complex litigation in federal court, typically involving multiple defendants, and violations of both state and federal law. He believes that most battles are won or lost before they are ever fought.
For this reason, Shiva dives deep into every potential case, and implements time-tested strategies, which are designed to maximize the chances of a successful outcome. This includes in-depth analysis of every potential case, customized pre-litigation strategies, and aggressive representation in court, through a trial or settlement.
Shiva is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and the American Bar Association. Shiva has presented at Credit Con (the largest national convention for the credit restoration industry), and spent countless hours training credit repair business owners, in the ins and outs of state and federal law. Shiva also hosts educational trainings for realtors & mortgage lenders, and is a proud host of the The Uncensored Credit Scores Show (TUCSS) podcast.
Shiva is also the cofounder of Tier One Credit, a pay per delete credit restoration firm. He not only litigates cases, but helps consumers implement powerful strategies to improve their credit scores.
Shiva is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law, where he participated in both Mock Trial & Moot Court. Shiva earned his BA in Political Science from UCLA. He is admitted to practice in both California and New York.
In his free time, Shiva enjoys traveling the world, hiking, cooking, following his favorite sports teams, and spending time with family. Shiva is a native of the Los Angeles region, who also lived and work in New York City for many years.
